Prato has always been characterized by the many hamlets that make it up. In the wool town, however, the hamlets are something more than simple portions of cities, they are in fact configured as real countries, born and developed over the years, sometimes over the centuries, around their churches (and circles)with a strong sense of belonging and the typical parochialism that characterizes the whole of Tuscany. Among all the villages of Prato, one above all has jumped to the headlines for having been nominated no less than the night of the Oscars by Roberto Benigni, his illustrious inhabitant: Vergaio. Just in this hamlet on the western outskirts of Prato, between the typical single-family "ground-roof" villas and the village atmosphere, comes to life this project of total redevelopment. Not only an interior project, but also a 360º architectural project, passing from the experience of the Superbonus that has opened very complex scenarios but at the same time extraordinary and hitherto unexplored. A rich and complex construction site, three floors of construction that have been disrupted by the roof to the cellar with interventions that have led to a building completely renovated from an architectural, plant and energy point of view.
